List of Acceptable Documents

Following Documents will be accepted as a proof.

IMPORTANT POINTS

1. Documents will be accepted provided it is valid and in good condition (data clearly visible).
2. Department may ask more than one proof under any category in case not satisfied.
3. Details in the document should exactly match with the details in the application form.
4. In case details doesn't match application, citizen might be asked to reapply
5. Original documents has to be brought at RTO for verification
6. In case of Current and Permanent Address being different, documents for both the address will be required

ADDRESS PROOF / PROOF OF RESIDENCE

1. Passport
2. Aadhar Card
3. Postpaid Telephone Bill
4. Election Card
5. Registered Rent Agreement
6. Insurance Policy

AGE PROOF

1. Birth Certificate
2. Passport
3. S.S.C Certificate
4. PAN card
