1. to motor vehicle inspector - document verification, physical fitness test
2. Payment of fees 
3. Fill llr card
4. Receive llr card

3. Required documents

1. Birth cerrificate 
2. Address proof 
3. Passport size photo 3 
4. For private vehicle physical fitness certificate on form 1 or for rental vehicle medical certificate in form 1a and applicant should present. If applicant is in between 16-18 then parents shouldbe present along with applicant.
5. If applicant is above 50 then medical certificate in form 1a should be presented.
